My work is offered as a spiritual and complementary approach to healing, self-awareness, personal development, and consciousness.
Healing mediumship and related practices are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
My services are not a substitute for medical care, mental health care, diagnosis, treatment, medication, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
You remain responsible for your own health and wellbeing and for seeking appropriate professional medical or psychological care when needed.
If you are experiencing a medical or psychological emergency, please contact the appropriate emergency or healthcare service rather than relying on this website or my services.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Every person and experience is unique. While clients may experience changes in their physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, or overall wellbeing, I do not guarantee any particular outcome or result from a session, program, meditation, or other service.
Testimonials and personal experiences shared on this website represent the experiences and opinions of the individuals who provided them. They should not be understood as a guarantee that you will experience the same or similar results.
4. Booking and Payment
Appointments and programs may be booked through the website or through other booking arrangements made directly with me.
Prices displayed on the website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless another arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.
I reserve the right to change prices, services, programs, or availability at any time. Any change will not affect a purchase that has already been confirmed, unless otherwise required by law.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.
Unless otherwise stated on the booking or service page, cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before an appointment may be rescheduled without an additional fee.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full.
Exceptions may be made at my discretion in circumstances that reasonably warrant consideration.
For multi-session programs, cancellation and refund terms may differ and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
6. Refunds
Because services are scheduled specifically for you, payments for completed sessions are generally non-refundable.
If you purchase a program or package, any applicable refund or cancellation terms will be provided with the offer at the time of purchase.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
7. The Healing Activation Method™
The Healing Activation Method™ is a structured educational and experiential approach developed by Emile van der Hilst.
Participation in the method does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or other healthcare-provider relationship.
The exercises, meditations, concepts, and materials provided as part of the method are intended for personal exploration and education. You are responsible for determining whether any exercise or practice is appropriate for you.
8. Online Sessions
Online sessions require a suitable internet connection and a device capable of supporting the relevant communication platform.
You are responsible for having a private and appropriate environment in which to participate.
I cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of online services due to circumstances outside my reasonable control, including internet failures, technical problems, platform outages, or other disruptions.
9. Personal Responsibility
By participating in my services, you acknowledge that you are making your own decisions regarding your participation and wellbeing.
You agree to communicate any relevant concerns or limitations that may affect your ability to participate safely and to stop an exercise or session if you feel that continuing is inappropriate for you.
