What to Expect
Your healing journey often begins the moment we schedule your appointment. Many clients have shared that they began to feel shifts in their energy and health even before the session took place. This is because my spirit team starts preparing for your healing as soon as we connect.
To ensure the best possible results, I kindly ask that you refrain from alcohol or recreational drugs for at least 24 hours before your session. This helps create a clearer energetic connection and supports your body’s receptivity to the healing.
Session Structure
Your session may be held in person or via Zoom. As soon as we meet my spirit team starts influencing my consciousness and preparing the flow of divine healing energy. For this reason, we’ll keep our initial conversation brief—focusing on your medical history, current symptoms, and health goals.
You’ll then be invited to relax—fully clothed—on a treatment table. If lying down isn’t possible, sitting comfortably is just as effective. My hands will be gently placed on or just above your body, depending on your comfort and preference.
Your Experience
Each session is deeply personal and unique. As my spirit team blends with my energy and guides me into an altered state, clients often describe sensations such as warmth, coolness, tingling, or a sense of physical or emotional release. Many experience a profound sense of calm and peace.
Some sessions are subtle, while others may feel more powerful or transformative. Whatever unfolds is exactly what your body and spirit need at that time.
After the Session
The effects of healing continue to integrate well beyond the session itself. You may feel lighter, calmer, or more centered immediately—or notice subtle improvements unfolding over the following days or weeks. Since this work affects you on multiple levels—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual—it's common for shifts to continue long after the session.
To fully integrate the healing, I encourage you to take it easy after your session. Give yourself time to rest, reflect, and listen to your body.
