Therefore, Emile van der Hilst does not render medical, psychological, or other professional advice or treatment, nor does he provide or prescribe any medical diagnosis, treatment, medication, or remedy. Emile van der Hilst encourages you to seek the care of a licensed healthcare professional if you believe such care is required.

The healing sessions offered by Emile van der Hilst will not replace conventional medical diagnosis or treatment. You are advised to continue taking medication prescribed by a licensed medical physician and continue to follow his/her instructions.

Healing, information, or guidance provided by Emile van der Hilst should not be construed as a promise of benefits, a claim of cures, or a guarantee of results to be achieved. Emile van der Hilst makes no guarantees or warranties related to his services. All his healing sessions are experimental.

During an in-person healing session, you will be invited to relax—fully clothed—on a treatment table. If lying down isn’t comfortable or possible, you are welcome to remain seated in a comfortable position while Emile sits beside you. If you wish, Emile van der Hilst can also gently place his hands on your body. If at any time this feels uncomfortable, it is important that you inform him immediately.

If anytime during a session you feel unsafe you will let Emile van der Hilst know and discuss your needs or ask him to stop the session.

By participating in or receiving his services, you acknowledge and agree that you do so voluntarily and that you are solely responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

You release Emile van der Hilst from all legal liability during your participation in all sessions.
