What you experience during a distant healing session is highly individual, but similar to what you may experience during an in-person session. Some people say they experience a deep calmness and peacefulness, while others describe feeling unwinding sensations as their body releases tensions and (emotional) blockages.
Although each individual may experiences a distant healing differently, the results are comparable to an in-person healing session. You may feel a decrease in pain or an increase in function immediately after the session, or the effects may develop gradually over the next few days. You may also experience a reorganization phase as your body releases previously held patterns and adapts to a new state of wellness.
